We should have known that the relationship between Katie Holmes and Jamie Foxx was a real thing last year, when Claudia Jordan confirmed it and then immediately retracted her statement once she was pressed about it.

But if that wasn’t enough proof for you, a recent photo, posted by Fameolous, shows the two dining together.

Now, this is most definitely Katie Holmes. But the man’s face is kind of dark and obscured. What we can make out is that cream-colored hat. Interestingly enough, Foxx posted a picture of himself in that hat on his Instagram page yesterday.

While these two have been rumored to be dating since 2013, they’ve managed to avoid being seen together by coordinating their arrival and departure times. But apparently, this one time they got caught slipping.
